About Project Management by Bill Bailey — Custom Homes in Hernando
Custom home project management in Northwest Mississippi — any size home, design-to-build, DeSoto / Tate / Byhalia focus — with an ultra-competitive builder / management fee.
Who We Are
Project Management by Bill Bailey specializes in custom homes of any size for buyers in Hernando and the surrounding Northwest Mississippi corridor. Project management means we own the path from design decisions and land fit through construction and walkthrough — not just a bid to pour a slab. We pride ourselves on an ultra-competitive builder / management fee — transparent and local. We’re part of the same family of businesses as Paramount Electric and Paramount Sod Farm — people who already work these counties every week.

What We Focus On
- Any size custom single-family home (not a TN-marketed production brand)
- Design-to-build and project management — not a pure handoff GC model
- Ultra-competitive builder / management fee
- Hernando, Byhalia, DeSoto & Tate County along the Hwy 51 / I-55 corridor
- Build-on-your-lot and land-fit guidance
- Clear phone and text communication with the team
Where We Build
Our home base is the Hwy 51 / I-55 corridor in Mississippi — Hernando and Byhalia first, then the rest of DeSoto County (Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Nesbit, Walls) and south into Tate County (Senatobia, Coldwater, Independence, Arkabutla). See areas we serve or jump to a town:
